What does my Chef Rating Score ranking mean on FoodExpress?

This is a new feature we've added, which displays a score out of 5 stars on your dashboard which is based on the following factors:
- Your punishments
- Your order completion time
- Your activity levels
- Your moderation history
- Your reported orders
- Your delivery message
- Your engagement
- Your history with us
This doesn't guarantee you'll get a promotion it is only one of many factors used to determine promotions.
Scores CANNOT be modified by Ownership or our Executives and are dynamic
Please note if your score is at 1-0 (all scores start off at 3 by default) you'll be monitored by our Executive Team for performance related reasons.
