How we manage infractions at FoodExpress

We take all forms of abuse very seriously. At FoodExpress we have a variety of different options at our disposal to choose from.

Verbal Warning/Server Timeout - Level 1
This is where a Moderator+ will warn and/or server timeout you verbally for minor rules.

Written Warning - Level 2
This is where a Management staff member will give you a official infraction for more serious violations of our terms of service.

Features Restricted - Level 3
If a violation is severe enough we may consider limiting your feature access either for a while or forever. This will be decided on a case by case basis.

Website / Server Ban - Level 4
This is where we'll restrict your entire FoodExpress account for multiple severe violations or very severe terms of service violations. These are generally UNAPPEALABLE unless a Executive waives this rule in expectional cases.

IP Ban - Level 5
In extremely rare cases we may be forced to issue a IP ban, which will block you from accessing all Daqinix Group website(s) from accessing our services.
This is only issued in very rare cases and only givable by our Community Manager+ subject to internal reviews. This is unappealable if handed out.

Please note:

This list isn't exhaustive and doesn't cover all violations or punishments, we use a combination of punishments and take into account the severity of the violation caused.
