What does a banned account mean?

At FoodExpress we take bans and safety very seriously, therefore if you've been banned or terminated please follow the below options:

 

  • Login into your FoodExpress account here: https://foodexpressbot.com
  • Review the ban reason like as shown below and appeal via opening a Support Ticket in our Discord Server.

Please DO NOT open a Support Ticket on our Knowledge base or via live chat or by emailing [email protected] our support agents CANNOT help on those. We can only help on a Discord Support Ticket or on our https://foodexpressbot.com/appeal page

       

      Requirements for account appeals:

      At FoodExpress we take the safety of our customers, volunteers; etc very seriously.
      In the event you are banned/restricted from accessing our services we may permit you to appeal the decision(s). In order to start the process please visit: https://foodexpressbot.com/appeal Please DO NOT open a support ticket or DM us for appeals, it will be closed and you may be subject to further violations. You may only appeal once every week. The appeal period closes 30 days after the violation was issued unless waived by a Community Manager+.
       

      What can you not appeal?

      You may not appeal the following violations as they are considered permanent.
      • IP bans
      • Illegal activity
      • Anything which breaks Discords TOS in a severe manner.
      • Virtual Diner bans are not appealable, we do not have control over their database. Consider yourself having a second chance.
       

      I feel my appeal was unfairly denied

      In this case please raise a confidential support ticket with a member of our Executive Team and we'll make a final decision.
